this pillow has been instrumental in helping resolve neck pain issues because it helps with complete body alignment. was flatter than i expected but once i got used to that which o my took a couple weeks I can say i look forward to putting my head down at night. the neck pain issues both my husband and i were having were not improved with any other pillow or OTC meds . I've had my Dosaze pillow for 2 months now & I can't imagine ever sleeping on another pillow again. Traveling will be difficult, knowing I can't pack this pillow with me! As someone who alternates sleeping on their side and stomach, this pillow is unlike anything else - the center groove seems odd at first, but now feels like a cradle of clouds for my head. I go immediately to sleep and I wake up rested and pain-free. And the customer support is fantastic - they reply promptly and focus immediately on a solution to the problem. I purchased two of the contoured orthopedic pillows when they were on sale, buy 1 get 1 free, but when I began sleeping on them I realized they were not lofty enough for me for side sleeping. I emailed customer service and they not only informed me they had a high loft version they could replace it with, they sent me two, to replace the two I bought, and required no return! Then I had the fun of figuring out who I could gift with these great pillows. Thank you so much Dosaze for making excellent pillows (no compressing after 6 mo sleeping on i, and it's helping me sleep on my back more with the indent in the middle) and for your outstanding customer service team, and policies. Great pillow! I did end up getting the King. Even though I am small framed the regular wasn’t thick enough for me as a side sleeper. Shoulder pains and numbness in my hands is significantly decreased since using it and it’s been a few months now!
While the pillow didn't solve my leg cramps (lol), it certainly DID help me get to sleep better. It is very comfortable and it is the perfect height for my neck and head, which is hard to find for a side sleeper. I love my pillows.

Ordered this after seeing it everywhere on Instagram and honestly it lives up to the hype. So soft but it actually holds my head up — most soft pillows just collapse on you. Three months in and it still looks brand new. I keep telling my friends about it.
I was really skeptical that this mattress topper would work, to be honest. Normally after about a month or so, store bought ones leave a dent and you’re right back to having an uncomfortable mattress. Not this one. I’ve been using it for about 4-5 months now, and it has completely gotten rid of the lower back pain I would have in the morning. I reached out to customer service, and they were absolutely amazing. They took the time to ask what I was looking for in a pillow and helped me choose one that better matched my needs.
Not only did they send me a replacement pillow for free, but they also let me keep the original pillow. The new pillow is extremely comfortable, and the difference has been huge.
